For 23 years Ross Pollock was an integral member of an advisory and transaction services group, where he served as Vice President and Broker. During his tenure with a global leader in commercial real estate, he developed a wealth of knowledge and skills regarding commercial, retail, and industrial real estate, in particular across various markets in Canada and abroad. Ross is excited to bring his vast experience and expertise to the Laceby Real Estate team.

Ross is familiar with all aspects of corporate real estate service delivery, from lease administration through to facility management and has a successful track record in managing the acquisition, disposition, leasing and administration of the various leased and owned assets. His finely-tuned negotiation skills have enabled him to negotiate favourable lease, purchase, and sales terms, which have met or exceeded client expectations.

He also brings extensive experience in account and client relationship management, punctuated by a strong commitment to understanding client needs and business growth objectives. He has worked with clients such as Canada Post, General Motors, Magna International, and Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation.

A dynamic and energetic individual with family-based values, Ross thrives when challenged and he is excited to bring his leadership skills and strategic mindset to Laceby Real Estate.
